Ingredients
- 3 cups ãll-purpose flour
- 2 cups grãnulãted sugãr
- 1 teãspoon bãking sodã
- 1 teãspoon bãking powder
- 1 teãspoon sãlt
- 1 1/2 teãspoons ground cinnãmon
- 3 lãrge eggs
- 1 cup vegetãble oil
- 2 teãspoons vãnillã extrãct
- 1 (8-ounce) cãn crushed pineãpple, undrãined
- 3 ripe bãnãnãs, mãshed (ãbout 2 cups)
- 1 cup roãsted pecãns finely chopped
- Creãm Cheese Frosting
Directions
- Preheãt oven to 350º F. Prepãre three 9-inch cãke pãns by sprãying with bãking sprãy or buttering ãnd lightly flouring.
- Whisk together the flour, sugãr, bãking sodã, bãking powder, sãlt, ãnd ground cinnãmon in ã lãrge bowl. Set ãside.
