ÏNGREDÏENTS
- 1 & ½ cups All-purpose Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Bakìng Powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Bakìng Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- ¾ cup 2% Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juìce
- 1 teaspoon Vanìlla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon drìed Lavender
For the Drìzzle:
- ¼ cup Ïcìng Sugar
- Juìce of ½ Lemon
DÏRECTÏONS
Preheat oven to 160 C / 325 F. Grease one 9 x 5 ìnch loaf pan and set asìde.
Ïn a medìum bowl, combìne the flour, bakìng powder, bakìng soda, and salt. Set asìde.
Ïn the bowl of a stand mìxer, cream the butter. Gradually add the sugar and cream untìl lìght and fluffy, about 7 mìnutes.
