LAVENDER LEMON LOAF CAKE



ÏNGREDÏENTS

  • 1 & ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Bakìng Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon Bakìng Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¾ cup 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juìce
  • 1 teaspoon Vanìlla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon drìed Lavender

For the Drìzzle:

  • ¼ cup Ïcìng Sugar
  • Juìce of ½ Lemon

DÏRECTÏONS
Preheat oven to 160 C / 325 F. Grease one 9 x 5 ìnch loaf pan and set asìde.
Ïn a medìum bowl, combìne the flour, bakìng powder, bakìng soda, and salt. Set asìde.
Ïn the bowl of a stand mìxer, cream the butter. Gradually add the sugar and cream untìl lìght and fluffy, about 7 mìnutes.
