MANGO COCONUT CAKE



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box whitê cakê mix
  • ⅓ cup buttêr, softênêd
  • 3 êggs
  • 1 cup of frêsh dicêd mango or 1 15 oz. can of dicêd mango (with juicê)
  • ⅔ cup shrêddêd coconut
  • 20 Macadamia Nuts Choppêd

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Crêam buttêr in a bowl.
  2. Add êggs and blênd.
  3. Add cakê mix and mix wêll.
  4. Fold in mango and shrêddêd coconut.
  5. Bakê in a grêasêd 9 x 12 pan at 350º ovên for 30-35 minutês . or until toothpick comês out clêan.
  6. Lêt cool.
  7. Frost with Buttêrcrêam Frosting (rêcipê bêlow)
