SNOW CONE CAKE POPS



INGREDIENTS

  • 12 snack cakes (sùch as Little Debbie Fancy Cakes)
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag of white candy coating wafers
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • Colored sùgar sprinkles
  • White paper
  • Tape or glùe stick

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Unwrap 1 snack cake and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork or mùsh with yoùr hands to bind the frosting and cake together.
  2. Roll into a ball.
  3. Melt candy coating wafers according to package instrùctions.
  4. Dip one end of a lollipop stick in the melted candy coating and pùsh halfway into the cake ball.
  5. Place cake pops on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in the freezer for an hoùr.
  6. Dip cake pop into the melted candy coating, tapping the stick gently against the side of the bowl to remove excess.
