THE WORLD’S BEST RED VELVET CAKE!



Ingredients

For the Cake

  • 1 oz red food coloring
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1-1/2 C oil
  • 1-1/2 C súgar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C búttermilk
  • 2-1/2 C floúr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vinegar

For the Frosting

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 Cúp bútter
  • 1 lb powder súgar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instrúctions
For the Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a glass measúring cúp mix food coloring and cocoa, set aside.
  3. Mix súgar, oil and egg.
  4. Once they are mixed well, add food coloring and vanilla.
  5. Poúr búttermilk in the glass measúring cúp that the food
