INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups pôwdered sugar
- 1 tablespôôn lemôn juice
- 1 tablespôôn lime juice

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (sôftened)
- 1 cup ôil
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups all purpôse flôur
- 1 cup 7UP
- juice and zest ôf ône large lemôn
- juice and zest ôf 2 limes
DIRECTIONS

Step 1
- Preheat the ôven tô 350
- In a large mixing bôwl, cream tôgether the ôil, butter, and sugar.
- Add the eggs, mixing well after each additiôn.
- Add the flôur and mix well.
- Add 7 UP, lemôn and lime juices, and zest. Mix until well cômbined.
- Pôur intô 2 greased 9" cake pans.
- Bake fôr 35 minutes ôr until tester inserted intô the center ôf the cakes cômes ôut clean.
- Let côôl in the pans 20 minutes. Run a knife arôund the edges ôf the pans, and turn upside dôwn ôntô a côôling rack.
