EASY LIME CAKE



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (18.5 oz) box Lemon Cake Mîx
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oîl
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 small (3 oz) box Lîme Gelatîn
  • 3/4 cup orange juîce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • Juîce for 1/2 Lîme (about 3 tbsp)
  • 4 cup Powdered Sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease two 9 înch cakes pans.
  3. Mîx together cake mîx, gelatîn, oîl, eggs, lîme juîce and orange juîce.
  4. Pour înto prepared pans.
  5. Bake for 25-30 mînutes or untîl toothpîck înserted în center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool.
