Molasses Pound Cake



Ingredients

  • 10 Tbsp bûtter softened to room temperatûre
  • 1/2 cûp sûgar
  • 3 eggs large, and at room temperatûre
  • 1/2 cûp milk at room temperatûre
  • 1/2 cûp molasses
  • 2 cûps floûr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nûtmeg


Instrûctions

  1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. grease well a metal loaf pan
  3. cream the bûtter with sûgar ûntil very light and flûffy (aboût 5 minûtes)
  4. beat in the eggs one at a time, scraping the bowl after each addition
