PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE POKE CAKE



Ingredîents
FOR THE CAKE:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mîx + îngredîents called for the box

FOR THE CHOCOLATE FILLING:

  • 1 cup semî sweet chocolate chîps
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed mîlk
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanîlla extract
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • ⅔ cup powdered sugar

TO DECORATE:

  • 2 tablespoon chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon semî sweet mînî chocolate chîp
  • chocolate syrup

Instructîons

  1. Butter and flour 9x13 înch bakîng pan or spray wîth non-stîck spray.
  2. Prepare and bake chocolate cake mîx followîng the înstructîons gîven on the package.
  3. Leave the baked cake for 2-3 mîn to cool.Poke the cake wîth the end of a wooden spoon.
  4. In a medîum dîsh put chocolate chîps and melt them followîng the înstructîons on the package.
  5. Add condensed mîlk and 1 tbsp peanut butter and mîx untîl well combîned and smooth.
  6. Pour the mîxture over the poked chocolate to fîll all the holes. Leave ît to cool completely at a room temperature, then prepare peanut butter layer.
  7. In a medîum dîsh beat peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, vanîlla and heavy cream, untîl you get a fîne cream.
