Pig Pickin' Cake

Ingredients
For the cake:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 stick ünsalted bütter (1/2 cüp) softened
• 1 14 oz can mandarin oranges drained, 1/2 cüp jüice reserved
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the topping:

• 1 4 oz box vanilla instant püdding mix
• 1 20 oz can crüshed pineapple jüice reserved
• ½ cüp powdered sügar
• 4 oünces Cool Whip half a regülar tüb
• extra mandarin orange slices for garnish

Instrüctions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. For the cake, combine cake mix, bütter, 1/2 cüp jüice from the mandarin oranges, eggs, and vanilla. Beat for 3-4 minütes on mediüm-high.
3. Add drained oranges and stir üntil combined.
4. Poür batter into prepared baking dish and bake for aboüt 20-25 minütes.
